With most of us spending the majority of our time indoors for the last year, we want to highlight the importance of getting in your daily steps.
In order to maintain or better our mental & physical wellbeing, getting out for a daily walk can be a fundamental part of our day.
We have introduced this walking challenge which will consist of increasing your daily step count by at least 2,000 steps a day (that’s a simple 20 minute walk), in order to prioritise your wellbeing.
